The wines cellar is located on the top of a hill
The atmosphere you breathe in our cellar tells about an ancient story, a hill in the Langhe (the “Bricco”) that in autumn becomes red before the others, reminding to “cartonè” that arrived from the far alpine valleys that their journey searching the best grapes was finally over and that they soon loaded the precious Dolcetto grapes for their wine.
Bricco Rosso’s wine cellar, very modern and ancient at the same time, which stands out in the foreground, it is made of technological, modern structures for the vinification and also of big wooden oaken barrels and barriques for the ripening of wines.
Here you will find the old wagon and the ancient tools used by our ancestors. The “Infernot”, the underground floor of the wine cellar, is completely dugs by hand in the “tuv”, the typical blue soil of Langhe that you can touch with your hands.
Our wines enhance the territory of origin by focusing on the typicality and quality of native vines.
